My name is Evgenia. I was born in Vladimir, Russia, a city of white-stone churches and old houses that seem to remember everything. This place is the cultural code of my family, a place where the air feels fuller and the people feel closer. Growing up here, I learnt to value deep connections over loud ones, and to treasure the people who make life feel like home.

At 18, I moved to Saint-Petersburg with two suitcases and big plans. This city became the backdrop of my youth. I studied linguistics and language teaching there, earning both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

I will always remember long walks along the embankments, countless cups of coffee in my dormitory, museums and theaters, gorgeous palaces and a lot of water. I was building a beautiful life of my own.

Every street there seems to have something to say, if you slow down enough to hear it. Saint-Petersburg taught me to find beauty in the smallest things, and to bring the eye to everything I create.
